Space Only Stands

Space only means a blank canvas. We design the full stand — structure, graphics, lighting, meeting rooms, hospitality — and handle every organiser submission, from RAMS to structural calcs, so build day is a formality.

A blank plot, built around your goal.

Space only gives you total freedom: layout, height, meeting rooms, storage, lighting and branding all designed around how visitors will move through your stand.

We take care of the structure, flooring, electrics and all approvals, then pre-build it in our workshop so show build-up is smooth.

What's included.

  • Full stand design with 3D walkthrough visuals
  • Structure, walls and raised flooring
  • Hanging banners and rigging coordination
  • Meeting rooms, storage and hospitality bars
  • AV, lighting and electrics

Quick questions.

How early should we start?+

Ideally 3–4 months before the show, but we regularly deliver in less.

Do you do double-deck stands?+

Yes, including structural calculations and venue sign-off.

Do you do the design as well as the build?+

Yes. Concept, 3D visuals, print, joinery and install all happen with our own team — no hand-offs.
